Welcome to Zumba® Kids - Where Fitness Meets Fun! Welcome to our dynamic Zumba® Kids classes tailored for pre-school to year 6 students. It's not just a dance class; it's an adventure where children can be active, groove out to their favorite music, and develop lifelong healthy habits. What to Expect: Our Zumba® Kids classes are a fusion of fitness and fun! Our kid-friendly routines draw inspiration from World music, current hits, and movie soundtracks. We break down the steps, infuse games, activities, and cultural exploration, making every class engaging and educational. The Benefits: Dance is more than just movement; it's a key to fostering a healthy lifestyle and a natural integration of fitness into children's lives. Our classes go beyond dance, incorporating vital elements of childhood development such as leadership, respect, teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, and cultural awareness. Class Details: When: Every Monday at 3 PM. We encourage the children to have a quick fruit break and drink before we get started, so don’t forget to pack something extra in their lunch boxes.
